The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) is a free program supported by the IRS that puts money back in your pocket by saving the cost of paying for tax preparation!

Individuals with an income of approximately $54,000 or less are eligible to have their federal and state income taxes prepared by an IRS-certified volunteer for free.

Each VITA volunteer has been trained to assure that your taxes are prepared accurately, guaranteeing you receive all the credits to which you are entitled. When completed, all returns are submitted electronically for faster refunds.
