Tri-County United Way is incredibly proud to share with you the official ‘518 Day Community Impact’ results, a powerful look at the community impact that was made possible through the collective efforts of our amazing service area. From retirees and professionals to students and first-time participants, you were the heart of our ‘Celebrate The 518’ community initiatives and your impact this year was truly remarkable.
Thanks to over 350 volunteers, we helped power over 30 service projects, partnered with 75+ organizations, and reached thousands across our region. Together, we collectively:
- Collected 4,000+ hygiene & clothing items for our ‘United In Purpose’ program
- Donated 1,500+ food items to local nonprofit agencies
- Gathered 950+ scholastic items for our ‘Kids With Packs’ program
- Delivered 725+ kindness cards to seniors, youth & healthcare workers
- Participated in 5 speaking and leadership engagements at area schools
All while supporting 5 impactful Tri-County United Way programs & non-profit agencies. Your energy brought hope, kindness, and tangible support to our neighbors, reminding us of the power of community. Whether you were organizing supplies, leading a project, spreading kindness or simply lending a helping hand, you helped create something truly special. View our recap video HERE.
