518 Day Community Celebration

Tri-County United Way is excited to announce our annual 5-1-8 Day celebration taking place this year on Thursday, May 18th, 2023. On 518 Day, we come together to honor community engagement and the spirit of volunteerism. We are committed to supportingĀ the institutions and organizations that serve our community and acknowledging their achievements. We welcome families, individuals, and groups to join us in this endeavor by taking part in a community service initiative or a 518 Day event. Opportunities to participate include:

United Acts of Kindness: In unity with local schools and partner agencies, we are celebrating kindness during the week of May 18th. We are encouraging our community to promote acts of kindness big or small.

Live United Food Drive: At United Way, our efforts are not restricted to a single concern. Rather, we strive to promote the well-being, learning, and economic security of all individuals across every community within Warren, Washington & Northern Saratoga Counties. Among the many formidable obstacles we confront, hunger remains a critical issue we are determined to combat.

We invite you to join forces with us throughout the month of May to host a Food Drive. By working together to tackle hunger, we can drive tangible progress in our own backyard. A Food Drive is a great opportunity to partner with Tri-County United Way and get involved in our community. Please see below a list of preferred food items we are currently collecting.
